About this course

The practice and application of clinical nutrition

This course teaches the theory behind evidence-based clinical practice focussing on what to do in a client consultation, which tests are valid to use (and which aren't), how to interpret standard test results, and how to conduct a real, in-person consultation with assessment and peer-review.
