The Holistic Performance Institute

Leaders in holistic, evidence-based nutrition and health education

The Institute was founded to provide a legitimate avenue for evidence-based online nutrition education leading to accreditation and registration opportunities, allowing graduates to work as safe, effective, and credible health coaches, sports nutritionists, and clinical nutritionists.

The Holistic Performance Institute specialises in 3 main areas:

1) Bridging the gap between holistic health practice and modern, scientific evidence.

2) Finding clarity in the low- vs high-carb debate by focussing on Carb-Appropriate™ concepts that help practitioners identify the right diet for the person based on their physiology and psychosocial factors...not dogma.

3) Supporting students and graduates to enter health practice and create sustainable businesses in health.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, the Institute now serves students and members around the globe.
